Targetech Innovation Center is a dynamic high technology Incubator located in central Israel.

Operating under the Hi-Tech Incubator Program, established by the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Israel Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment (OCS), Targetech Innovation Center invests in each startup in return for equity. Parts of these funds are loaned to Targetech by the OCS. Targetech than assumes the responsibility of repaying the loan and the project-company is exempted from royalty payments to the OCS. This funding is provided on condition that additional funding is invested by an outside source. Targetech has the ability to invest the additional funding.
Each project is established as an incorporated company operating under Targetech as a holding entity and is managed by a qualified manager in a full-time position.
With vast experience in a range of technological fields such as medical devices, biotechnology, manufacturing systems and material engineering, Targetech employs its technological know-how, managerial techniques and marketing contacts to benefit each project under its wing.
Targetech provides each new initiative with the funding, services and facilities required to create the most fertile working conditions possible. Strategically located in Netanya's new industrial area, Targetech is in close proximity to Tel Aviv, Israel's industrial and financial center.
