Azriel Kadim
CEO
Azriel Kadim comes from a long history of business development in fields such as chemistry, materials, biotechnology and life sciences. The former director of the Yeda Research and Development Company, the commercial arm of the Weizmann Institute, Azriel elevated many projects to the point of successful commercialization. As the CEO of Orlite, a subsidiary of the Israel Aircraft Industry and Poalim Investment Company, Azriel led the development and production of diverse aircraft parts for military and civilian use. As manager of the Israel activities of AAI USA, the American company that provides research and development for the US Navy, he negotiated an agreement for the development and supply of drones (aircraft piloted by remote control) to the US Navy. Azriel holds a BSc and MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion.

Ilanit Madari
VP Finance
   
Ilanit Madari has served as Taretech’s finance manager for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in startup activities and in fulfilling the requirements of the Incubator Program of the Office of the Chief Scientist, as well as a keen understanding of what startups need throughout all areas of operation. Ilanit holds an MBA from Ramat Gan College in Israel.


Kobi Elad
VP Operations and Legal Counsel
   

Kobi Elad is a member of the Israel bar and has been a practicing lawyer for over 13 years. Specializing in Commercial and Civil Law, he has held positions in law firms and served as Legal Counselor for one of Israel’s largest energy companies. Kobi holds an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
